Is there anything I can do about chilblains ? - can you get chilblains years after frostbite
I was terribly frostbitten fingers slightly each year. I have very poor blood supply and sometimes even my cold feet when I'm wearing 3 pairs of socks to bed with 3 braids! Is there a cream that I can do to? I can do for my poor circulation?
