Disc Surgery Or Not For Foot Drop Dropped Foot Exercises????

Dropped foot exercises???? - disc surgery or not for foot drop

In recent weeks, has a bad back and thought I had a slipped disc. I finally went to the hospital yesterday morning and ended with an emergency surgery to undergo. I had a herniated disc and other floating piece of a disc in my spine. Unfortunately it was too late for my foot. I can not move at all. The doctor recommended physical therapy, so that ultimately might be able to go without assistance. Does anybody know all the exercises correctly? I would like to start immediately and can not for a few weeks PT. Thank you!
